Coconuts are highly revered by the local people of Sri Lanka due to their versatility as both medicine and food. The coconuts are hand-harvested to produce coconut milk, coconut flakes, coconut butter, coconut oil and coconut flour. During processing, once the coconut milk has been removed, the remaining pulp is dehydrated and then milled down into a fine flour.
With a deliciously nutty aroma and creamy, soft texture, coconut flour can be used for both sweet and savoury recipes. It’s a great gluten-free alternative to regular flour when baking pastries and cakes.

perfect value for money!
Have used coconut flour for a couple of years to bulk up my low carb way of eating. Make bread with it and have a slice with lunch and dinner. Very nutrient dense and lovely taste (not overpowering coconut taste). Quick delivery in excellent packing. Would definitely recommend!
