With a nutty fruity taste with notes of coffee, carob powder is a great alternative to cacao powder to use in a variety of baking recipes. Carob is naturally free of caffeine and high in fibre. Use carob powder to boost smoothies, shakes, cakes and desserts with a naturally deliciously sweet flavour.
Carob is a source of copper and magnesium which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and cooper and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is also a source of fibre, helping you stay fuller for longer and improve digestion.

Deep, complex, rich, and soothing. With a nutty, gingery finish. Reminds me of muscovado sugar.
Had it with coconut sugar
