This is one of my favourite superfood. Helps with dry skin and helps with my tiredness and no more hunger pangs. It improved iron in blood and regulates hormones.

Started taking this daily at 1/4 tsp then gradually increasing it now to 1tbsp. I use this to make myself a green sho t (20mls water +1tbsp of wheatgrass) but sometimes mix it on my porridge or smoothie depending on my mood. Has given me more energy and suppresses my appetite with sugar. I sleep better too. Also helps me with detox, migraine, clarity of mind. Other members of my family loves mixing this with milk. Excellent customer service, prompt reply from Dan on my queries. Product packaged well. Value for money. This is now my favourite superfood shop. There is transparency regarding the products. As superfood the company doesn’t claim to treat any illnesses but if you do your own research, by its name alone dictates “superfood”.
