Tangy Spirulina Pesto

Spirulina is packed with nutrients your body needs to feel its best. Use this recipe as a very tasty way to benefit from the mighty Spirulina.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Spirulina powder
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 80g basil
  • 50g Vegan parmesan
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves

Method

  • Toast pine nuts gently in a pan on a medium heat, shake often and avoid over toasting them. Leave to cool.
  • Peel the garlic cloves
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz to desired consistency
