Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Spirulina powder
- 50g pine nuts
- 80g basil
- 50g Vegan parmesan
- 150ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
Method
- Toast pine nuts gently in a pan on a medium heat, shake often and avoid over toasting them. Leave to cool.
- Peel the garlic cloves
- Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz to desired consistency
