Simple Kale Smoothie Bowl

Kale is a popular vegetable and member of the cabbage family, it's among the most nutrient dense foods on the planet!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1.5 Tbsp Kale powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water

Method

  • Add the coconut water, fruit and veg to a blender and whizz
  • Add the kale and whizz again
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle over the Coconut flakes and Chia seeds
  • TOP TIP - add frshly sliced fruit to the top to really jazz it up
