Kale is a popular vegetable and member of the cabbage family, it's among the most nutrient dense foods on the planet!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 frozen pineapple
- 1/2 mango
- 1 celery stick
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1.5 Tbsp Kale powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Method
- Add the coconut water, fruit and veg to a blender and whizz
- Add the kale and whizz again
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle over the Coconut flakes and Chia seeds
- TOP TIP - add frshly sliced fruit to the top to really jazz it up
