An easy vanilla protein bowl featuring apples, strawberries and topped with coconut yoghurt and peanut butter!
Ingredients
- 50g Oats
- 250ml Almond milk
- 1/2 Cup strawberries
- 1/2 Apple (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
- 1 Serving of vanilla protein blend
- Small handful of Doji berries, Cacao nibs and Hemp seeds for the topping
Method
- Mix the oats and almond milk together before heating over a medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
- Remove the oats from the heat and stir in the protein powder in until fully combined with the thick oats
- Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the coconut yoghurt, sliced apples, strawberries, and peanut butter
- Finally sprinkle on the Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, Hemp Seeds and enjoy
