Raspberry & Pistachio Protein Bowl

Enjoy this delicious protein packed smoothie bowl for breakfast or lunch. With a sprinkle of chia seeds this bowl offers an additional Omega-3 punch.

Ingredients

  • 50g Oats
  • 250ml Coconut milk
  • 1 Serving Banana protein blend
  • 1 tsp Agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 Squirt vegan chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio kernels

Method

  • Mix the oats and almond milk together before heating over a medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
  • Remove the oats from the heat and stir in the protein powder in until fully combined with the thick oats
  • Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the peanut butter, raspberries & banana slices, pistachios, and syrup
  • Finally sprinkle on the chia seeds and enjoy
