Try this delicious and rich protein smoothie bowl. It's the ideal way to start the day, packed full of protein and fibre.
Ingredients
- 60g Oats
- 250ml Almond milk
- 1 serving Banana protein blend
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 3 chocolate pieces
- 1 Squirt vegan chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
Method
- Mix the oats and almond milk together before heating over a medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
- Remove the oats from the heat and stir in the protein powder in until fully combined with the thick oats
- Transfer the oats to a bowl and top with the peanut butter, strawberry & banana slices, chocolate pieces and syrup
- Finally sprinkle on the chia seeds and enjoy
