Flaxseed Breakfast Bowl

Looking for a hit of extra fibre? Why not try our this super delicious flaxseed breakfast bowl. 

Top tip: Add some chia seeds to increase that Omega-3 intake as well.


  • 8 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 400 ml Almond milk (or alternative)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • Sprinkling of cinnamon


  • Mix the flaxseed meal in a bowl with the almond drink, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. 
  • The next morning peel and slice the banana. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the seeds and also cut it into slices.
  • Stir the flaxseed pudding and fill it into 2 cereal bowls. Garnish with fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.

*Optional - sprinkle a tbsp of chia seeds over the top for added benefit
