Easy Wheatgrass Smoothie

Wheatgrass is a fantastic source of fibre and is the ideal pick me up for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of water
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 x Sprig of mint
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 Cucumber

Method

  • Add the spinach, cucumber and apple to the blender and whizz
  • Stir in the lemon juice, wheatgrass powder and water and whizz again
  • Pour and enjoy
