Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of oat or cashew milk
  • 1/2 Cup of frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 Cup soya yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp banana baobab protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • Chia seeds for topping
  • Granola and fruit for topping

Method

  • Blend all ingredient together
  • Pour into bowl and top with favourite toppings
